The Evoke Agency Free Website Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Evoke Agency LLC, 750 2nd St NE #233, Hopkins, MN 55343 ("Evoke," "we," or "us"). Questions can be sent to mariah@evokeagency.co.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
The Giveaway is open to businesses with a physical location or principal place of business in Minnesota that are legally operating at the time of entry. Nominations must be submitted by individuals who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old.
Employees and contractors of Evoke, their immediate family members, and businesses owned by any of them are not eligible to win. Businesses with an active Evoke website project are also not eligible to win.
The Giveaway begins when it is announced on Evoke's social media accounts and ends November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be considered. Evoke's clock is the official timekeeper.
There are two ways to enter. Both are treated equally.
Social media entry:
Form entry: Fill out the nomination form on this page with your name and email, the business name, the city it is located in, and a few words on why it deserves a new website. Following Evoke is not required for form entries. If you are unable to use the form, you may email the same information to mariah@evokeagency.co with the subject line "Website Giveaway Nomination."
You may nominate as many different businesses as you like. A business only needs one nomination to be considered, and the number of nominations a business receives is not a judging factor. Entries that are automated, spam, offensive, or submitted in violation of these rules may be disqualified.
This is a judged contest, not a game of chance. After the Entry Period ends, the Evoke team will review all eligible nominated businesses and select one winner based on the following criteria:
Evoke may contact finalists to confirm eligibility and interest before selecting a winner. All judging decisions are final.
The winner will be announced on or about November 2, 2026 on Evoke's social media accounts. Evoke will contact the business owner by direct message, email, or phone. The owner, or another person authorized to act for the business, must respond and accept the prize within 7 days of notification. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
One winner will receive the design and build of a new website by Evoke, up to 8 pages. The prize includes site strategy and page structure, page copywriting, custom design, a mobile responsive build, basic on page SEO setup, and launch support. The approximate retail value of the prize is $3500-$5500.
Not included: domain registration, hosting or website platform subscription fees (such as a Webflow site plan), third party software or integrations, ecommerce functionality, paid stock photography, pages beyond the 6 page limit, and ongoing website maintenance. Any of these costs are the responsibility of the winner.
Timeline: The winner will be asked to sign a short project agreement before work begins. The project will start within 30 days of prize acceptance. The winner is responsible for providing the content and feedback needed to complete the project, such as a logo, photos, business details, and timely review of drafts. If the winner does not provide what is needed within 90 days of the project start, Evoke may close the project and the prize will be considered fulfilled.
The prize is not transferable and has no cash equivalent. Evoke may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Every eligible business nominated during the Entry Period may request one free marketing audit from Evoke by emailing mariah@evokeagency.co within 30 days after the Entry Period ends. The audit is offered separately from the Giveaway prize and has no cash value.
The winner is responsible for any taxes related to the prize. The winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the project begins, and Evoke may issue a Form 1099 if required by law.
Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize gives Evoke permission to use the winning business's name, logo, website, project images, and the owner's name and likeness in Evoke's marketing, including before and after content and case studies, without additional compensation.
By entering, participants and the winner agree to release Evoke and its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Evoke is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries, comments hidden or removed by a social media platform, or technical issues of any kind.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or LinkedIn. By entering, participants release these platforms from any liability related to the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical problems, or any other cause beyond Evoke's control, Evoke may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway. Evoke may also disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to run the Giveaway and to contact nominated businesses about their free marketing audit. Evoke will not sell this information.
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute related to the Giveaway will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
